1. net is British sound artist named Edward Trethowan, currently based in Tampere, Finland. He has also recorded as N.E Trethowan and has produced material for Whitelabrecs, Linear Obsessional, Finnish label Kaukana Väijyy Ambient and his own imprint TVEI.
2. Net are an ambient-dub group.
3. Net is a miss-tag of the band N.E.T..
