Biography
This is a solo project of guitarist (since 2007) and bassist (since 2005) Deadstar7, born in Berlin, Germany, 1989.
Negative Coverage is an instrumental, post-rock, flatcore and cover project formed in Berlin, Germany, 2008.
Several guitars take a share in albums, bass and USB audio card with drummer inclusive.
First album chuJ (moroN), was recorded by means of a phone with Orange Crush PiX CR20LDX and the guitar being used was Yamaha ERG 121 in standard E tuning and drop D tuning, with help of homemade killswitch and Santander 4-string bass in standard E tuning and drop D tuning.
The album was finished in year 2009 and has a typical value of first album.
The songs featured on this album are only covers of artists like Muse, The White Stripes, mixed with riffs from Rage Against The Machine. Also own ideas build up the whole album.
Second album Meliškizm, is mixed with Laco Meliško's comments and is still in progress from December 2010. There's still a need to accomplish the album by some new tunes, so it's an open album. Artists that the album is inspired by, are System of a Down, Rage Against The Machine and Horkýže Slíže.
Three guitars partake in recording : Ibanez GRG250DX in drop C tuning (CGCFAD), Yamaha ERG 121 in drop D tuning and Epiphone Les Paul Studio in standard E tuning and drop D tuning, using USB soundcard Line Pod GX and Santander 4-string bass in standard E tuning, drop D and C tuning.
Third album I Know Where You Live, is inspired by bands like Red Sparowes, Tides From Nebula and The Mars Volta. Album is still in progress from July 2011 with some new tunes desired.
