Biography
From as far south as Florida and as far west as California, Musae comes together to bring their audience a party. Founded in 2011, Musae has already gained acclaim performing at various a cappella festivals and placing in the Boston Regional of Harmony Sweepstakes. As a powerhouse all-female vocal band, Musae seeks to share a fresh and fun vocal sound while playing on their strong sense of femininity and womanhood. Musae's unique sound can be described as Tina Turner meets Take 6 and Donna Summer with a hint of JLo-esque dance pop and the harmonies of the Dixie Chicks. Musae is six different women from six different backgrounds that are all reflected in their music. True to the original Latin, these "muses" seek not to just inspire but also breathe new life into the professional vocal scene in the United States and abroad.
