Mortal Peril was founded in 2010 by Jan Rademacher and Jonas Linnartz. Originally the Band started as a Classic Rock Band, but soon moved into a Metal/Hardcore Territory.
Due to numerous changes of the guitarists the Bands sound diversified to a Style that the Band today categorizes as "Heavythrash", which in this case is a mixture of Thrash Metal influenced by the American Scene and the classical British Heavy Metal.
This Sound first appeared on the second Full-Length Album "The Legacy of War", which came out in 2016.
In 2020 the third Full-Length Album "Digital Idol" was released and published by ftwctp-Records.
After a Live-Show Break due to the Pandemic, the Bands bassist, Singer and Co-Founder Jan decided to leave the band. Instead, the guitarist Pete Rode became the Vocalist and Carl Sporn joined the Band on bass and backings.
