There are at least two separate bands who are known as Moirae:
1. Moirae are a 5-piece progressive, post-metal band from Miami, Florida. Formed in 2010, they have released an EP titled Antemortem in 2012, and a full length Eternitarian in 2013. 2. Moirae is Pop/Rock band from Faroe Islands, formed in 1996 and disbanded in 1998. They received considerable popularity in their native country during their existence. They released two full albums and appeared on several compilations. Members were: Terji T. Rasmussen (vocals, acoustic guitar), Kim Hansen (vocals, keyboards), Kaj Johannesen (vocals, percussion), Hjalti Joensen (guitar), Mikkjal Joensen (bass).
