Biography
Modis is an Icelandic band from a small town called "Höfn í Hornafirði". It was officially formed in 8th august 2005. Before Modis was formed Aron, Höddi and Valur had been playing together for a year and a half in a band called Mir. When Júlli moved back to Höfn from Reykjavík in June 2005, he joined them, and they decided to form a new band together. That's how Modis began. Modis made their first album, Music For Growing Alien Babies, in December 21st 2005.
