Milan "Mejla" Hlavsa (6.3.1951-5.1.2001) was a big czech underground icon, music composer, lyricist, bass-guitarist and singer. He was a member of The Plastic People of The Universe, Půlnoc, Garáž, Fiction and DG 307 bands.
