Biography
Meero was formed in Savannah, Georgia in 2003 by Corbin Parker and Riley Nesbit. They wrote several tunes and recorded an EP called, The Below "C" EP, because the violinist, Wade Herring, was not abled to attend the recording of several of the songs due to low grades. The band also featured Chad Troughton on drums and Haley Reese on bass. The band parted ways for a while after a squabble between Chad and Riley. Riley and Corbin still played together, writing songs under the name Driving Frittens, inspired by Corbin's ex-girlfriend. In 2006, Corbin and Riley joined with John Keena and Richard Owens to play a show conisting of a bunch of covers including some Neutral Milk Hotel, Tilly and the Wall, and Iron and Wine. They group called them selves, Fear, The Red! Kitten; After the show, they parted ways and all went to college to persue their dreams, or what not…
