Merry Christmas (Deluxe Anniversary Edition) is a two-CD deluxe anniversary edition of Mariah Carey’s 1994 debut Christmas album Merry Christmas. The announcement was made by Carey herself on September 23, 2019 via Twitter. The anniversary edition featured unreleased live tracks from her 1994 Christmas performance at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, a new rendition of “Sugar Plum Fairy”, and rare remixes. It was released on November 1, 2019.
