Biography

There are more than one band named Machines.

1) The first, formed around December 2006, and are a rock ‘n’ roll-influenced band featuring members of RX Bandits, No Motiv and The Warriors. While so far only an unsigned side-project with no releases to their name, demos have been released through their website for download.

2) Modern band from Kaliningrad, Russia. Their music is a powerful mix of and influenced or similar to such bands as Hacktivist and DVSR. Their first EP was released on 2015.

3) Vand that was formed in 1977 by guitarist Nick Paul they played The Roxy and Vortex in the twilight of those venues popularity and even blew The Damned off stage one gig at the City Of London Polytechnic. In all fairness though The Machines were not major league players, but they had the spirit and drive, like so many, for one maybe two singles.

4) Music band called the Machines is a Belgian formed in the beginning of the 80’s. They won the Humo’s rock rally in 1980.

5) There is also a band from Sheffield, England called Machines, they play a mixture of /metal and and have released one four-track EP called {parentheses}.

6) Machines is a band from Seattle, Wa. Featuring ex-members of acts such as A Chance Without and Kid vs Hero, Machines plays a brand of alternative/pop/punk in the vein of Paramore or Jimmy Eat World.
