Biography
m13-5(that’s m one three five) started out in 2005 as a one off project creating a Halloween inspired song that came to be “The Horror of Losing The Soul”. It started with two single bass and vocal tracks that were severely distorted. Soon the music evolved from ambience to a more industrial-electronic vibe. This music eventually formed the first album “Assimilation Through Arms”. After half a year of quiet musical meditation, m13-5 embarked on creating a new album and an entirely new sound. The orchestral strings and beautiful melodies almost completely vanished from the new album dubbed “Freight Train Rivalry”. This second album was a venture further into darkness and pure ambience reminiscient of the initial concept behind the project. After taking yet another half year hiatus, m13-5 has begun work on a new album to be titled “RapedTorturedMassacred” that attempts to blend the beauty and the ugliness of the first two albums into one emotional industrial outburst. These new songs feature more prominent vocals to breathe emotion into the electronic void that was m13-5 of old.
