Biography

Loop Leviticus is the musical alias for Sarroch De Scola, a musician, carpenter, and fine wine-maker living at the edge of the Negev, Israel.
The name Leviticus is an homage to the 3rd book of the Holy Bible and he voluntarily adopted the book's Christian name to bridge his music to the non-orthodox audience.

In a world of infinite possibilities, LL gives himself strict musical limitations to create his music and he also employs obscure techniques from carpentry and wine-making.
LL has been working on his first studio album, 'Numbers', named after the 4th book of the Holy Bible and 'In the desert (Numbers Remix)'. If you wondered why it took so long you need to consider that LL is also very much involved in solving the Israel - Palestinian conflict 'first hand'. None of this Banksy meet Obama meet Ranja kind of business. You know what I mean.

But now, back to the music. Sarroch and his collaborators hold free weekly performances at his winery if you want to join in, and are available for booking for tours and shows throughout 2010/2011.
