There are two artists with this name.
1) Lil' Jay is a rapper based in Hawley, PA. A budding talent at the age of 15, Lil' Jay began posting his career by posting a homemade video for "Hate On Me" on Youtube which quickly went viral in his hometown.
Lil' Jay's debut album is set to come out in early June of 2011.

2)Lil' Jay is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan and is also the founder and C.E.O. of Citi Star Entertainment.
In 2009 he released two mixtapes titled "I Am Detroit" & "Surviving Tha Drought (Soundtrack 2 Da Struggle)". He also has his own show on local cable for "Citi Star Entertainment" and also his own YouTube channel that showcases all of his music videos.
Lil' Jay as not only worked with local artists such as K-Yay & Helluva but he has also worked with major artists such as Blood Raw & Slick Pulla from C.T.E., Juvenile & Young Buck.
