Last Chance City was formed originally by Max Dowers (Guitar/Backing Vocals) and Jacob Smith (Bass/Backing Vocals). Connah Newton (Drums) who has worked in other projects with Jacob before joined the band shortly after and with this lineup the three started writing the first few songs. When Max Cowley (Vocals/Keyboards) joined the band as vocalist in early 2013. The begun to record there debut EP in May 2013 and released the track 'Gravity' as a free download.
