So Human is the first release from Lady Sovereign's new album "Jigsaw" due out April 2009. It was produced by Dr.Luke (Britney Spears, Pink and Kelly Clarkson) and it's music video is set to be shot soon.
So Human samples The Cure's Close to Me. The Cure did give permission for this. From an interview with Tim Mohr at Playboy Magazine: "Robert Smith took 60% of that song. But I would have done the same if someone was using my song. Shit happens. I’m just glad the sample cleared."
