Biography
Llove is a Providence, Rhode Island-based dance-pop duo, consisting of Jonathan Fontanella (guitar/keyboards/vocals) and Martin O'Connor (keyboards/vocals). The band was formed in 2007 as a way to perform O'Connor's previously recorded material in a live setting. They have, on occasion, incorporated such instruments as the theremin and a cowbell into their live show.
The pronunciation of the band's name has been the subject of much discussion and both Fontanella and O'Connor have publicly encouraged fans to pronounce it however they'd like.
Their first hit titled "Sandman" was popular in Providence clubs and on local radio stations.
