Biography
Ky Vöss is an American producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Originating in Pittsburgh PA, Ky Vöss has created a sonic universe of their own. By use of stark contrasting lyrics, striking visuals, and electronic instrumentation Vöss walks the line between otherworldly and deeply human in a playful concoction of carbonated synth-pop and nostalgic soundscapes. Since the release of their self produced debut "Space Cadet" in 2019 they have surpassed over 5 million streams across platforms and toured nation-wide supporting globally renowned acts Wednesday and Beach Bunny. In 2020 they signed to Play Alone Records and released their 2nd album "Coping Mechanisms" featuring hit single "Masochism".
In 2021 Ky Vöss moved to Brooklyn, New York where they released their third album "The After", kicking off a national tour with a sold out release show. Their most recent single, "Angelicode" (2024) is a fresh and unique take on dance and electronic music with subtle influences of drum and bass against dark industrial pop.
