Biography
The original group consisted of Adam Traves (lead vocals), Tim Bridge (guitar), Ryan Norris (Bass), and Jon Borton (drums) and went by the name “The Drugstore Cowboys”.
In their time together they recorded 3 “albums”. The 1st was all cover songs and is now a collectible…look for it on eBay. The sophomore effort was entitled “The Need For Security”, recorded live and mixed on a home computer. This album has become a piece of nostalgia at their former school. The single “Do You Know?” will forever be immortalized through all the fans in attendance that one fine day. Traves’ catchy lyrics ringing still in their ears.
2000 saw the loss of Adam Traves to a greater cause…post-secondary education in North Bay. The 3 remaining members then merged with local choirboy and child prodigy (editors note – extreme bias) Brent Hamilton and began what is now Krymera. By far the best thing as of yet was the release of Krymera’s first CD, In It For The Money, containing all original songs as well as a remake of the Drugstore Cowboys infamous “Do You Know?” with producer and friend Chris “Mooner” Moon.
