Biography
Kris Nelson is a singer/songwriter who has been equally influenced by his life in the Northwest(Kalispell,MT), and his life in the Southwest (LA,Phoenix). His style focuses on storytelling about his life and travels thus far. He rages with rocking enthusiasm at times and can take that and roll it into a calmer, more rythmic and melodic sound in one song. Live performance is key and he is known for adding lyrics and rearranging songs on the fly (influences are Paul Simon, Van Morrison, Dave Mathews, Counting Crows etc.). He's traveled the U.S. and overseas with a little luggage and his guitar for years…and he's here to entertain you with the music that came and continues to come out of those experiences. enjoy
