Kompleks K is a funk-rock band formed in 1996 in Split, Croatia. The first line-up was: Miro Šimic - vocals, guitar Ivan Smoje-Mačak - bass (Čuvari Svirala) Kristijan Barišić-Krista - guitar (Osmi Putnik) Ivica Aranza - drums The band's numerous concerts soon gained them a strong local fan base and helped to spread the word about the band outside their hometown. Kompleks K released their first demo in 2000 and Petar Bešlić (guitar) joined the band.
