Biography
Justin Caine Burnett (born May 2, 1973) is an American film composer best know for his score to Dungeons & Dragons (2000). In addition to that he composed the score to Possums (1998), Sunflower (2004), Venice Underground (2005) or I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer (2006) to name a few.
In addition to composing for film and television, he also composed the music for the video game SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs: Fireteam Bravo 2 (2006).
Burnett has also frequently collaborated with many composers from Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions studio (formerly Media Ventures) and has worked as an assistant to some of them, including Zimmer. As Zimmer's assistant he worked on projects like The Rock (1996), The Fan (1996), The Preacher's Wife (1996), The Peacemaker (1997), As Good as It Gets (1997) or The Thin Red Line (1998).
He is also credited as additional music composer, arranger and programmer for many Harry Gregson-Williams projects including Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (2001), Spy Game (2001), Phone Booth (2002), Man on Fire (2004) or Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (2004).
