Seriously lo-fi darkwave material pulls together synthy psych that drifts and burps its way into a world of 80′s bedroom dance production and new age leftfield pop. Its catchy, far out and brilliantly under produced. For those of you who don’t know, Joy & Revolution have been churning out the DIY psych for a while now. Consisting of J.Hartley and S.Hanken (who also run Magic Rub Cassettes), the duo make their music available for immediate download or a limited edition pretty cassette for the ol’ car stereo.
