Biography
intelligent design theory (idt) got his start in the electronic music labs of the University of Tennessee. Creating experimental music by designing sounds on the various synthesizers was the order of the day. idt soon found that sequencing actual pitched sounds was more fun the doing just experimental music. It was then he got his first music PC. A 386 DX40 with something of the magnitude of 4 megs of RAM and a 20 meg hard disk. Armed with a Roland U-20 and a copy of Cakewalk 2.0 for DOS (yes, you read that right) he started sequencing synthy, poppy, leftover from the eighties grooves.
Music school had taken its toll and after a near ten year hiatus, an energized idt started writing music again. New equipment and new software and a new outlook on life has inspired idt to get back to his roots and flex all the music muscle that had weakened due to non-use.

1993 Graduated with a degree in Electronic Music
1993-1994 Wrote music as a hobby
2001 Became Blind Monkey Phil and posted several songs on the now defunct mp3.com
2003 Started writing again under the current name of intelligent design theory
