We are In-Existence
1. In-Existence was created in 2015 by Robin (guitar) and Javier (drums). It wasn’t long after the inception of In-Existence that Ivo (bass) joined the band. A vocalist, however, proved a more difficult quest, in 2017 Marc joined as the band's lead vocalist, and during his stay; the first EP 'Storyteller', and live performances were made.
At the beginning of 2020, Marc decided to move on to other projects. The vocals were taken over by guitarist Robin and drummer Javier for the first full album release 'Patient Zero' in 2021.
Now having decided to focus more on new compositions, and new creative ideas, and switching towards becoming a studio artist, dropping live performances in the process. They are often at work in the studio.
A new single named 'Into Nothingness' was released on 18 August 2023, taking the band into a new creative direction.
2. In-Existence is also an alias of Dutch producer and composer Maarten van der Vleuten, which he uses for his ambient, and ambient related musical projects.
