In Eterna...

In eterna… is project ruled by Krieg - drummer of Kaiserreich. The inspiration was born in 2002 and it's based on reflections, and feelings about Krieg's existence.
Its realization began in 2003: it was then that I decided to transform in music all my feelings and sensations that I repressed for too long inside of me. That year was so decadent and depressed, and hit my mind so hard with events and difficult situations that contributed to amplify my sadness and melancholy. Those events, really very strong and heavy, took me on the threshold of desperation, and it's not only a phrase, I dont' want to go like the usual "Dark" style, depressive for free (which is by now abused too much).
My reality was really made by suffering and sadness. In the second half of 2003, the situation changed. I decided to react, I knew my nature wasn't like that, in fact I'm really strong and determined, I couldn't give up, so I tried to take out all the stuff I had inside of me.
So I felt my anger, my strength and my evil rising, and from there I started to give life to the lyrics and sound of "In Eterna…".
Why "In Eterna…"? The name of the project it's the beginning of a sentence (that's the reason of the punctuation), that wants to bring on a concept: the eternal fight, the eternal war, the eternal suffering are all themes of my project.
Now let's go technical: I tried to create a new genre or in any case something innovative, eliminating all the instruments, because I wanted to concentrate myself on the sound, on the effects that could really go deep, and conditioning the mind of the listener, to inspire anxiety, depression, coldness.
No doubt that this is a genre hard to define, it has to be listened carefully, and demands lot of concentration.

In the second half of 2004 finally went out my first chapter, "In The Dark", born thanking lots of people very close to me, that supported me at 100%.
In particular, thanks to Pier for lending me the computer, and for spend so much time on me, creating this web site. It was a great proof of friendship.
Thanks to my girlfriend Lara for creating the logo and the cd cover, giving shape to my darkest thoughts, reflecting them so perfectly.
Thanks to Elfire, guitarist of Kaiserreich, that played for me guitar and bass in White War, interpreting perfectly what I was lookin for.
Last, thanks to Samuele that worked, very patiently, on the graphics of the book of "In The Dark".

So, this is only the beginning of "In Eterna…", it'll be a very dark journey.
