“Tick-Tack“ is the 5th and final track of ILLIT's 2nd EP “I'LL LIKE YOU”, The song is about young love, using metaphors such as “closet”, “cabinet” which means their compressed feelings and interests they want to share with their crush and it also means their heart. The line, “Tick-tack” means the urgency and nervousness while trying to make a good impression, a version their crush would like. Using the concept of cabinets and closets, they refer to their personality as a fitting room, to change their attitude to their crush's type and person. They talk about their immaturity, the closet, their heart, where they store their “childish” interests. Hiding them deep in the “closet” to make themselves appear more attractive to their crush.
The music video of “Tick-Tack” features the girls dressing in cutesy, pink, gothic, lolita, sports clothing. This music video is included in the storyline of “Summer Moon by HYBE”, first one being “Magnetic” from their first EP “SUPER REAL ME”.
