Biography
I'm Not Myself Today was a post-hardcore band from Italy.
Bio from their Myspace page in 2010:
"I'm Not Myself Today project was born in June 2006 with Rael Montecucco and the Ruffino brothers (Simone, Matteo and Roberto) meeting. The first line up was completed with the entry of Lorenzo Palagi, a Roberto's school friend. The necessity to find some particular sounds and atmospheres (inspired by bands like Alexisonfire) drives them into the realization of their first Demo, recorded with the collaboration of Outsider, in December 2006. During the 2007 the "I'm Not" start to play live all over the Italy doing their first step in the Italian post-hardcore underground scene. In that period Justo Bonello joins the band and brings some brand new sound effects and atmospheres with his Synth.
In February 2008 Rael (vocalist) leaves the band and the I'm Not Myself Today Project is frozen for some months. When Luca Riggio joins the band, as the new vocalist, they start again writing some new songs. With Luca's experience the band creates more powerful and aggressive songs and they record their first EP called I'm Not Myself Today in January 2009."
