Biography
Greg (그렉) is an American soul singer based in South Korea, known for his emotive vocals and heartfelt performances. Originally a teacher, Greg moved to Korea over 17 years ago and unexpectedly launched a music career after impressing coworkers at a karaoke night.
His breakthrough came in 2011 with a viral performance on National Singing Contest (전국노래자랑), followed by attention on YouTube for his Korean song covers. A shoutout from Epik High's DJ Tukutz boosted his online presence, and in 2014, he released his first single, "Baby It’s You," written by a fan.
Greg also competed in Superstar K6, sharing the stage with rising artists like Kim Feel and Kwak Jin-eon. Though offered a contract by YG Entertainment, he chose to remain independent.
Greg continues to perform and record in Korea, where he's built a dedicated following for his soulful voice and cross-cultural artistry.
