Friends With The Help are Low Lux, Young Nige, and DJ K-Rec. Most recently, the Vancouver hip-hop trio pooled styles on "Confidence", a 13 track original album that follows hot on the heels of a celebrated debut mixtape (self-titled). The new project features 100% K-Rec beats and a virtual mood garden of thoughts and feelings from Lux and Nige.
