1) Fossilized is a death metal band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2020 and later released their first EP Remnants of Decimation in 2021.
2) Fossilized is an acoustic rock trio from Wellington, New Zealand. The band's members are Christopher Garside, Josh Baker and Logan Smith. They have been making music together since last millennium, when the members were all in primary school and writing songs with titles such as "Hippo on the Motorway" and "Come Join Me In The Fridge". They are prolific songwriters, with well over 500 songs between the three of them. The band's discography includes "Don't Start Tying Strings To This" (2006), "Hidden Strings EP" (2006), "Aubergine Songs" (2007), and the forthcoming "This Cannot Be Seen in the Stars EP" (2009).
