Marcus, Nanne and Roger formed the band in 1990. They had been partying and hanging out rather much at the time and it felt quite natural that they also started a band together. All three of them were listening to punk. Marcus and Nanne was rather new on their instruments but Roger was experienced punkdrummer from The Past.
The idea to the name they got from an alcoholic old man they happened to get with them to a party at Marcus place after one of the first rehearsals. After a while when they sat and listened to some recordings they have made, the old man had enough of it and said in finnish accent:
-Im out of here. You can sit here with tour fucking finkel-rokk.
With that setting they did a demo called Mesk for pleasure. Then it was a EP on Birdnest which was titled Utan mäsk stannar Sverige. The band got reinforcement by Johan Granberg from Zyntslakt among others and short after they released the CD Tack ska ni ha on Kamel rec. Then Johan quit the band to go to Italy to study. Instead they got Rille from Mental Härdsmälta on second guitar and they released the second CD on Kamel rec. Then Roger quitted and moved to Gothenburg. New drummer became Tompa, that earlier had been playing in the band Diagnos Arg.
