In 2008, Ronnie Radke was sent to prison and was kicked out of Escape the Fate due to the mistakes he kept making in his 20s and during those two and 1/2 years, he decided to write songs. This album, which was released in 2011, is Ronnie's reflection of his time in prison, Escape the Fate, his childhood, what he was arrested for and his future goal. These are themes that have come to shape Falling in Reverse and their music as a whole and due to Ronnie Radke and his music, it has developed some controversies over the years. One of the songs on this album, The Drug in Me Is You is about the narrator's addiction to this girl, in which the narrator compares to a drug. It is, to date, one of Falling in Reverse's most famous songs with 92 million views on Spotify and this album is one of their most known, peaking at No. 19 on the Billboard 200, and sold 18,000 copies in its first week.
It is the only album that features founding bassist Nason Schoeffler and drummer Scott Gee.
