Originally, Stump worked on “Miss Missing You” while preparing material for his solo record. However, after feeling as though it emanated something that required the entire band’s collaboration, Stump set the material aside.
“Miss Missing You” is different in that it focuses more on missing the feeling of not being involved with someone rather than missing the actual person.
