Embla Quickbeam is Brighton-based Rowan Forestier-Walker. "Audio-investigator sends chewed postcards from the eldritch heart of England. Melted snapshots of tea-breaks in post-diluvian seaside cafes, fading playgrounds ascending to heaven as the radiation levels rise, and village bells dissolving into pure light. Like Terry Riley's 'Music For The Gift' if the gift were a box full of eggshell and moss. Illogical, yes, but she has the tapes to prove it." - Daniel Spicer
