The unreleased second solo studio album by Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver bassist Duff McKagan. Was slated for release in 1999, however the merger of McKagan's then label PolyGram and Universal caused McKagan to lose the rights to release the album. 3 songs from the album were eventually rerecorded and released as Duff McKagan's Loaded songs.
