Death Decline is a French death metal/thrash metal band from Dijon, formed in 2008. After several shows, an EP ‘Bloodstained Redemption’ released in 2012 and many lineup changes, the band reached a stable configuration at the end of 2014. Their debut album ‘Built for Sin’, released in June 2015 and recorded at Warm Audio Studio was well received despite bearing the mark of the band’s youth.
In November 2017 after touring for 20 shows, the band went to the Vamacara Studio to record ‘The Thousand Faces of Lies’. Thanks to this second album released in October 2018, the band got to perform about 30 shows throughout France and the bordering countries, notably on the Hellstage during the 2019 edition of the Hellfest Open Air. With the support of Replica Promotion and Les Editions Hurlantes, Death Decline gained international exposure when their song ‘Useless Sacrifice’ was featured in the american animated series South Park.
The band went to the Studio Artmusic in October 2020 to record their third album ‘The Silent Path’.
