Biography
Dayne-Z (real name: Ian Paul Daynes, born on 18th November, 1981 in Medstead, England) is a rapper and semi-pro arm wrestler. His influence on contemporary rap music is incalculable. As an MC and producer, he has pioneered several different styles of hip-hop songwriting, including 'tea-hop' and 'cakecore'.
From an early age he displayed a keen interest in music, particularly in the songs of artists such as Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger. It was not however, until he was 7 that his musical talent was discovered after recieving, as a gift from his parents, his first Yamaha SHS-10 Keytar.
