This is from Fall of 1998 (not 1988) from the 'Feelings'-era tour. It was filmed as part of the "Sessions @ 54 St" series that David Byrne later played host for. A few of these sessions (Ben Folds, Neil Finn) have been released commercially, although David Byrne's has not.
