Biography

Dan Jackson, from Brooklyn New York and previously known as Reed the Weed, is now the MC from the The Virgil Sturgeon and is signed to Woodshed Recordings.

During 2003, Dan, signed to Warner Music, toured Europe promoting music for the film Ong-Bak, directed by Prachya Pinkaew together with French group Tragedie - the track used in the movie was called "je reste ghetto" - after playing for crowds of 7,000 people and doing numerous TV shows he's now concentrating his efforts on anything and everything Virgil Sturgeon orientated.
