"In late 1994 Alec Empire was visiting London. He met a guy going under the name of DJ Mowgly who gave him a tape. All he said was how much he liked the first three DHR releases and handed Alec a tape. He said it contained a track called "Cook Cook" and a couple of others. Would Alec be interested in releasing it?
That was the last Alec ever heard or saw of him. They did a video for the track with some friends in Berlin and put the track out hoping that Mowgly would surface at some point but he never did."
It has been later found out that the tracks was made by Alec Empire (under one of his many aliases- see also P.J.P. and E.C.P. for some contemporaneous ones) and fellow member of Bass Terror, Carl Crack, and so the artist 'DJ Mowgly' never really existed.
