DC Dahmer is DC The Don’s third mixtape (released after Purple Hearted Lion, and F*ck Hell) and was released on October 31st, 2018. The album is exclusively produced by Trademark. This marks their first collaboration as a producer and artist. The title and first song of the album are notably inspired by Jeffrey Dahmer, the notorious serial killer and sex offender. Dahmer is sometimes regarded as the Milwaukee Cannibal or Milwaukee Monster. DC has taken pride in his hometown in songs such as Milwaukee, and From The Mil To The IE and more.
DC first announced this on twitter, claiming to re-release his soundcloud mixtape DC Dahmer on all platforms with extra songs.
He later went live on Encore and revealed he would include Mood Swings and LSD Interlude as 2 bonus tracks.
When it officially released on March 15, 2023, he added some of his popular singles from 2018 that were deleted due to his old label taking them down.
Notably, the song “Overrushed”, which was track 6 on the original, is missing from the new tracklist for unknown reasons.
