Cruel Tie, formerly known as All Tomorrow's Parties, is an alternative rock band formed in the middle of 2011 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In July 2013, the band moved to Moscow, Russia and had their name changed to Cruel Tie in March 2015. On May 23, the first proper full-length 'Life Is Laughing At Us And That's OK' was released on Kometa Music.

Current members are:
Władek Sheen – vocals, guitar, keyboards;
Vadim Tikhonov – vocals, guitar;
Ruslan Tikhonov – bass guitar, backing vocals;
Vladislav Chernin – drums and percussion.

In September 2013, All Tomorrow's Parties became a laureate of "Indushata 2013", the oldest rock festival in Russia, which was held in the Moscow concert venue "Sixteen Tons".

In June 2014, All Tomorrow's Parties performed at Motherland Summer, the annual festival created by Motherland, a growing organization which supports and promotes Russian independent musicians.

In 2014, the single ‘Behaving’ was recorded and released through indie label ACTPA.

In February 2015, the band announced the renaming. They published the promotional single ‘IKIKN’ under the new name Cruel Tie. On March 4, 2015, the eponymous extended play was premiered online on Afisha-Volna.

Cruel Tie took part in Lenovo Vibe Fest and Faces&Laces in 2015, and performed at Motherland Christmas festival in January 2016.

In 2016, Cruel Tie raised money for the debut LP, using a crowdfunding platform PLANETA.RU. Two singles were previewed on Radio Maximum in April 2017.

On May 12, the first single 'Step Forward / Step Back (22)' was internationally released on Kometa Music. On May 23, the full-length album 'Life Is Laughing At Us And That's OK' became available in Russia. The worldwide release is set for summer 2017.
