Biography
Rashaad Compton, widely known as CompC, is a prominent artist from the hip-hop genre after a 9.5 year stint in the military. Under the newly established Po’ Boi Production he ventured off into beat production as well. His introduction to music began through embracing his artist gifts of words with poetry at a young age. Growing up listening to, Marvin Gaye, Delfonics, and Chocolate Milk influenced his “swang” flow into raps after shifting to legends like Tupac, Do or Die, Lil Wayne and DMX. Throughout the musical journey, collaborating with artists like Fiend, Mexican Trill, T-Herron the T.I.T.A.N., Pure Hunger Ent, Mr. Suspect, Jimi Starr, Loyal 2the Game and many more.
