CODE OF ZERO is a solo project led by vocalist 0C (ゼロシー), which has been active since 2016. The project operates under the mantra "Everything starts from 0," reflecting a philosophy of renewal and perseverance. Since its inception, CODE OF ZERO has been involved in numerous live performances across Japan, including one-man and sponsored events at well-known venues such as SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO.
The project had its first major show on August 2017 at Shibuya eggman with a release event for the debut single 君だけがいない世界 (Kimi Dake ga Inai Sekai). Following this, in November 2017, CODE OF ZERO released the single Over The Limit with another event at the same venue. The band's momentum continued into 2018 with the release of the first mini-album TRUE TO MYSELF in March, followed by the Feel You Shine tour, which spanned several cities and culminated in a final performance at Shibuya TSUTAYA O-WEST in November 2018.
In 2019, CODE OF ZERO further cemented its presence in the Japanese music scene with a series of events, including a three-man live project called E/S/F/0 -Triad Tryout- and the release of the single MAKE ME REAL in September.
Throughout 2020 and 2021, the project adapted to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic by releasing a series of digital singles and holding socially distanced live events. One of these events was the one-man live Our Feelings NEVER SLEEP, held in February 2021 at Akabane ReNY alpha, which was later released as a DVD/Blu-ray.
In 2022, CODE OF ZERO released two mini-albums, Our Feelings NEVER SLEEP and This is our BRAVE, and continued to tour extensively. In November 2022, the mini-album Storage of Solutions was released, followed by a release tour that concluded with a one-man live at SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO in January 2023.
In July 2023, CODE OF ZERO held another notable performance, celebrating 0C's birthday with a one-man live titled Everything Starts From 0 at Aoyama RizM. Around this time, 0C was also featured in the opening theme of the anime Rick and Morty for its new season.
