Chingiz Mustafayev (Azerbaijani: Çingiz Mustafayev; born 11 March 1991) is a Russian-born Azerbaijani singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He represented Azerbeijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song “Truth”, finishing eighth.
