Catnip Tea is a never-static group of people centered around a love of things that run deeper than their initial appearance. We made this album several years ago and it created what our lives would become for the next several. Now we're elsewhere, older, and different. And working on something that's a bit more about all of us. Together.

Catnip Tea on Facebook
Catnip Tea is an experimental electronic music project created by freelance artist and singer/songwriter Katie Garlisch. One of multiple musical projects Katie has been a part of, Catnip Tea is her first electronic project. Inspired by her life-long insomnia, and a large collection of her poetry, she began releasing a series of demos in 2013 under the title of The Cell Phone Demos, as the majority of her initial experimentation began on both iPhone and android devices. While available for sale on major music stores such as iTunes, GooglePlay, and more (effective 2014) Katie has placed the demo for free download on here and her Soundcloud.
Since the release of her demo, Katie has begun the production of her first LP. Single leaks have included songs such as "RiteSong" and "Chase" though the presumed name of the LP is unknown. Release date is projected to land by June 2014. Follow on Soundcloud, Facebook, and Youtube for first access to new releases.
