DHR appears to have pulled selling it on CD but it's available here: http://www.tunetribe.com/Artist?artist_id=1156 for £8. It's kind of a shame that Alec or Carl's family (whichever has copyright) hasn't considered public domaining it or similar. (Can't imagine it brings in a huge amount now.)
