Biography
Formed in 2009, Capital Sun are a four-piece folk-rock band from Birmingham. The band began as an acoustic duo, with founder members Glen Boden (Acoustic Guitar) and Andrew Smith (Electric Guitar). As the song writing organically evolved and progressed there was need for more musicians, they came in the shape of Richard Buckley (Bass Guitar) and Chris Taylor (Drums). The four individual members of Capital Sun combine influences that make the unique sound of the band. A powerful, progressive and Dynamic sound, combined with a charismatic performance that will always leave a crowd asking for more!
