Can't Fake Nature was put up in 2010 as a workshop for exploration of slow, rolling and ambient sounds that would be set as a soundtrack for documentary flicks on deep sea life. This project draws much from the legendary Earth whose disregard for standard song concept with repetitive verse-chorus structures was considered groundbreaking very early. The focus was on the process of creating musical structures over an imaginary image or a movie sequence. Thus the plot and context became the essence, while premeditated songwriting was secondary. The compositions we now witness have started to take form later when the project turned in a real full-blooded band.
Musically based in post-rock, Can't Fake Nature is promoting environmental consciousness, preservation of ocean life and trying to illuminate human beings on the surroundings they are not aware of. Can't Fake Nature laid down tracks to their story in July 2011.
The project features an audio-visual experience where one is led into unexplored dimensions intertwined with the collage of mysterious underwater flora and fauna.
