Biography
Caidan Zhuoma is a famous Tibetan singer who was discovered and trained at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in the 1950s to sing professionally with state-supported troupes of the Tibetan Autonomous Region (PRC). She is one of the most famous of the older generation of ethnic minority singers in China.
